I Had Testicular Torsion Surgery On The Left Testicle And

I had testicular torsion surgery on the left testicle and I've been very reluctant to take a full shower as in washing the wounded area or even splashing it with water, it's been 5 days should I still be worried to do so. Also, when could I go back to having sexual activity. Thank you
