I Had The HPV Vaccine When I Was 13, 4.5

I had the HPV vaccine when I was 13, 4.5 years before becoming sexually active. I have always had normal pap tests and have never been unfaithful. I was tested before my entering into my current relationship and had a clean bill of health. Now I am pregnant and have been told I had an abnormal pap result that indicates cell changes on my cervix which they want to test further. Is it possible to get HPV under these conditions? Would my partner have had to transfer it to me?
