I Had The Mirena IUD Removed After 5 Yrs. The

I had the Mirena IUD removed after 5 yrs. The day it was removed I felt fine, two days later I began to have cramping. We had unprotected sex a few days later and since than still have been feeling cramps on and off. it has been as of today 3 wks since removed and when I thought I would start my cycle (which was last week) I only had headache, back pain, cramps, bloating and very dark spotting to brown D/c which I thought was implantation. The spotting lasted 3-4 days and than now I still just have the cramping. For awhile I had all kinds of pregnancy related symptoms but negative pregnancy test. Should I wait this out. I really am not in any pain just discomfort.
