I Had The Back Of My C3 Removed And My

I had the back of my C3 removed and my c2 & c4 fused back in January of this year. About 3 to 4 weeks after I experienced pressure in my head between 4am to 9am when I was asleep. It went from 1 to 2 up to 7 on a pain or pressure scale lasted for about 30 to 45mins. The frequencey was at the beginning once a morning around the time I mentioned. Now it is every 2 -3 days but twice within the last month I have experienced one right after another. 1st. time was 3 X's this last was 2x's. Told my neuro surgeon about the symptoms but he has not acted on it nor he said not sure the why? Also within the last 2months also starting having mild headaches pain scale 2 can happen anytime
