I Had The Coil Fitted In May And It Fell

I had the coil fitted in may and it fell out i was prescribed norethisterone for the bleeding, for the past month or so i have constantly been on the toilet for weeing like i am on my period but i am not. For the past week i have been spotting but not all the time i go to the toilet but i am bleeding from up inside me, is this normal?
