I Had The Essure Procedure Done This Past February 18th.

I had the essure procedure done this past February 18th. My last menstrual cycle was February 2nd and I haven't had one since. I am fairly regular and normally get it every 25 days. I have taken a pregnancy test and it has come back negative. Should I be concerned or is this fairly typical with this procedure.
