I Had The Flu And The Cough Just Will Not

I had the flu and the cough just will not go away. It is a very chesty cough with mucus. About an hour ago, I started experience a very sharp pain in my right upper arm. It intensifies when I cough but is even sore to the touch. It seems to radiate down my arm and also down my rib cage on the right hand side.
