I Had The Flu Shot On October 31, 2016. November

I had the flu shot on october 31, 2016. November 2 i began feeling nauseas, body aches, incredibly sore throat. The aches have gone the sore throat has gone but now i have an incredibly repetitive dry cough that has been consistant for 3 days. My nose bled one day briefly. since the cough is so consistent and exhausting my head now feels light headed. When i was driving today i felt car sick even though i was the one driving. I feel nauseas each time i start to get hungry (i have been eating normally_ no loss of appetite). My cough is so strong that i cannot control peeing myself. I have been taking extra strength neocitran at night before bed, zinc losenges approx 4 a day, ibprofen 1-2 a day. I have had exact symptom the 2 previous years when i had a typical flu minus the extreme cough, nose bleed and feeling of nausea. I have been to the clinic and the doctor said i don't have the flu just a non bacterial virus and once i got into my own doctor she said it was the flu but no blood or test were taken and i was wondering if these are some symptoms that relate closer to pnemonia or something else more serious then the flu???
