I Had The Implanon Implant For Over Three Years It

I had the implanon implant for over three years it had expired in March 2014. Well now I am married and my husband wants a child but its so hard to get pregnant. I had a regular period we have lots of sex but still no baby...Is the expired implant hurting my chance of getting pregnant?
