I Had The Implant Birth Control For 2 Years Without

I had the implant birth control for 2 years without menstrating. I started spotting in march lasted only a day. Then may first bled heavy all day long and by night it was done. I have not bled since and my doctor took the implant out 4 weeks ago. I've taken a couple pregnancy test and they come up negative. I've had some sharp pelvic and abdominal pain followed by small dry blood clots but no actual blood. Any idea on what's going on with me? I've also been vomiting on and off for 4 days.
