I Had The Leep Procedure Done On December 20, 2016

I had the leep procedure done on December 20, 2016 and for the first week I had no spotting or bleeding. The second week I started bleed a little. By now I have my period and it's heavier then normal and really dark bright red. Should I be concerned at all? I don't normally bleed like this or even that color.
