I Had The Mirena Iud For 2.5 Years Now And

I had the mirena iud for 2.5 years now and all of sudden I've been experiencing migraines, nausea, being extremely tired, fluttery stomack sensation, sore nipples with white specs on them (I tried moisturizing them and it did nothing) my breast feel fuller. Also my legs and arms have been cramping up. I should also mention that my iud string is so low to the point where it sticks out and it wasn't like that before (I check it every month) why am I feeling like this all of a sudden?
