I Had The Mirena Iud Put In Almost 2 Months

I had the mirena iud put in almost 2 months ago and have not stopped bleeding since. Some days are slightly heavier than others but mostly it is light but constant. Is there anything I can take or do to stop the constant spotting? I can't imagine it continuing for 6 months like I've read with other women!
