I Had The Nexplanon Inserted In February Of 2015, I

I had the nexplanon inserted in February of 2015, I haven't had it too long. Recently I have had swollen tender breasts, quick weight gain (which is rare for me due to my digestive problems) but I have gotten two faint positives on blue dye test and negatives on my pink dye tests. I would like someone else with experience to look at a photo I took of one and tell me what you think? I think I'm seeing things.
