I Had The Pneumonia Vaccine On Thursday After Noon. Today,

I had the pneumonia vaccine on Thursday after noon. Today, Saturday, I feel very tired and kind of light headed. It's as if my ears are clogged. Is this a side effect? Also had the flu shot. I felt this way a week ago but then felt better, it seems like it came back after the shots.
