I Had This Really Itchy Sensation In My Vagina Outside

I had this really itchy sensation in my vagina outside as well as inside and a bit around anus. I assumed it to be UTI as it has happened before too and I took cefasyn 500 for 6 days twice a day also I applied batnovate which gave some relief from itching but after all this I still have it (itching and discomfort). What to do?
