I Had This Red Slightly Painful Bump In The Crease

I had this red slightly painful bump in the crease were my pubic bone n leg are in between n i noticed it after wearing certain undies n after wore them the bump appeared its only on i have been having hives but this not hives idk wht is n freaking out when squeezed it had watery fluid come out i immeditally put rubbing acholol on it n hand santizer
