I Had Three Fillings Done About 2 Weeks Ago I

I had three fillings done about 2 weeks ago I had to go back for them to adjust my body on the top but now on the bottom it's a little difficult for me to chew on that side on the left and at night and first thing in the morning I have a really bad pain all the way across my jaw line up to my ear is this something that I need to go see the doctor about or will it go away what do you thinks going on
