I Had Tingly Feeling That Ran From My Head To

I had tingly feeling that ran from my head to my shoulders, mostly on the right side. when it was down near my eyes, they were blurry and weird feeling like when I am over tired. the feeling probably lasted about a minute. could I have had a TIA. what should I do about it.
