I Had To Clean Our Bathrooms With Bleach Today Because

I had to clean our bathrooms with bleach today because the tubs filled with overflow from a full septic system. I am normally someone who used gentle natural cleaners and vinegar but I was too worried about the bacteria and used bleach. I have two babies that weren't around for the cleaning and we left the house with windows open. How long should we wait to go back home?
