I Had To Go To The ER This Morning I

I had to go to the ER this morning I have a kidney stone in my right kidney. Over the past 5 hrs I started running fever and my sinuses have been acting up. I've notice that I'm having a fluddering in my chest now with rapid heart rates at times. Could this just be from being sick all day?
