I Had To Remove Copper-t Cos Of Repeated Infection. Last

I had to remove copper-t cos of repeated infection. Last December I did a mtp and now again pregnant in a months time ( 5 weeks). I have earlier done 2mtp before my 2nd child. Can I have another mtp in this short time again and again? Else go for d&c. Which is safe? I have even thought of family planning surgery this time. How do I go about?
