I Had To Take A Saliva Test For A Job

I had to take a saliva test for a job . 2 questions...the dot on the test didn't turn blue after 10 minutes-does that mean there wasn't enough of a sample? I had also taken 1/2 of a .5 clonazepam, I do have a prescription but I hope that doesn't make them think I have a total anxiety problem. Would it show up on the saliva test?
