I Had To Take Paracetamol Tablets After I'd Broken My

I had to take paracetamol tablets after I'd broken my arm.
I noticed that my feet became swollen - the swelling went when I stopped taking the tablets.
Today i had to take two because of the pain from physiotherapy. My feet are a bit swollen again.
Do I better stop taking apracetamol altogether?
I am allergic to iboprofen
