I Had To Urinate Really Bad But At The Same

I had to urinate really bad but at the same time had to fill a cup for A urinalysis...I started then stopped.felt a sharp pain.filled the sample cup then finished in the urinal and there was blood at the end of the stream..I have no std's. I'm married and we are both faithful to each other...what is it?
