I Had Took Augmentin 325 After Getting A Wiadom Tooth

I had took augmentin 325 after getting a wiadom tooth extraction. Days later i developed red inflamed labia. I went to the beach before and a day later i looked i had what it looked like little tears on my bikini line. I had sex that night and i took monistat 3. Today i look and it looks like yellowish ulcers. Could this be an allergic reaction or a really bad yeast infection? I also have little white bumps inside my vagina.
