I Had Total Hip Replacement On Nov 9 2015 And

I had total hip replacement on Nov 9 2015 and was doing really but now my IT band on both legs seem to bother me. I'm fairly active but when I do sit and then stand, the top of my legs seem so stiff. I just seem to ache all over similar to how I felt before the surgery. If I had to guess, I would say it was arthritis.
