I Had Total Kne Replacement 10 Weeks Ago. Still Experiencing

I had total kne replacement 10 weeks ago. Still experiencing some pain and take only two aleve a day. Also have a rotten rash (have derm. appt next Monday) that I am treating with Curel, Dermasil, ketocomozole--no relief. to get sleep and not itch I would like to take Benedryl. OK?
