I Had Traumatic Perforation Now It's 2months It Is Healed

I had traumatic perforation now it's 2months it is healed now doctor gave tablet 4U-Q10 tablet ,,I dono for wat reason they hv given but wen I Google information abt this tablet I am not getting any info,, its shows about coenzyme ,,it gives info like this enzyme r used for heard prob, breast cancer and all ,I dono why ENT prescribe me pls give information abt this tablet
