I Had Tumor Excised Left Hand/general Anestesia This Morning. Have

I had tumor excised left hand/general anestesia this morning. Have expected sore throat etc. But coughed up tiny amount of phlem that appeared to have small amout of blood in it. Not sure if this is normal or if i need to call doc immediately or in morning??? Thank you
