I Had Two Boils On My Head They Have Gone

I had two boils on my head they have gone on antibiotics but where they were has left like two bald spots of baby pink fresh skin which grew over the holes, huge like a 20 cent coin, it looks terrible if my hair is not pulled over it. My question is will the hair grow back or do I have a problem? Thanks
