I Had Two Ebryos Transfered 14 Days Ago. I Got

I had two ebryos transfered 14 days ago. I got a positive blood test result on day 11. Day 12 I took a home pregnancy test and it was positive. Two days later I had blood work done again and my hcg levels did not increase, infact they dipped a little. I was told to continue meds and return in 3 days for blood work. Im experiencing cramping and I feel like Im going to get my period. Did I loose one embryo (vanishing twin) or am I having a chemical pregnancy? Im so sad - this is our second IBF and we also did two rounds of IUIs. Im feeling discouraged. Im 40 years old.
