I Had Two Falls On The Same Side, Two Weeks

I had two falls on the same side, two weeks apart. Orthopedic doctor prescribed Diflonac (sp) and therapy for many weeks. Pain continued down front of upper thigh and lower leg to foot. Worst in upper thigh.
Finally was sent to Spine Center after many weeks for injections in hip and spine and more physical therapy. Injections did not work nor therapy. Stopped therapy today. Can not stand straight, severe pain when I try to stand down front of upper thigh, where it feels as if my kneecaps are drawing upwards. Can stand only for a few minutes without groping for something to hang on to, to get to a chair.
I called my insurer today to try a chiropractor. I use heat and ice on a daily basis. Help!
