I Had Two Glasses Of Vine And Nacho's At A

I had two glasses of vine and Nacho's at a bar. Felt fine 4am headache 6 am vomiting and diarrhea sweats coming on before I got sick. Still bad headache this lasted for eight hours. My heart felt like it was coming out of my chest. I couldn't keep gravol or water down. I took small sips in case of dehydration. Its 12 hours later I still feel like cramp what happened I have high blood pressure require meds.
