I Had Two Ipills, One On 30th Of The Month

I had two ipills, one on 30th of the month and one on 5th of the consecutive month (due to leak in condom), both the times the pull was taken with 6hours. It has been more then 10 days and I haven’t experienced withdrawal bleeding. My periods are due on the 18th. But today, on 15th I’m experiencing leg cramps, should I be worried or take a test?
