I Had Two Mri. Done And I Had A Dr

I had two mri. done and I had a Dr in okc that did pain management also. He dropped me last month due to me going to the Indianhealth service and getting tramadol. I'm not a drugseeker even though it might. appear that I am but a family member had been taking my meds . I would hide them in places I would never even think of looking. I did this cause I didn't want to hurt The pain is bad . my mris showed some bulging discs and a tear in lower back also some other things. My question is because I signed a contract with the Dr that let me go will I ever be able to find another? And what can be done for my back? I've had all the injections that they were going to do about a year ago. Thanks
