I Had Two Periods In November One On The 8th

I had two periods in November one on the 8th and one around the 29th the first was normal about 5-7 days of light then heavy bleeding then the 2nd one was light the first day heavy the 2nd then the last day it was over also I noticed that the blood went from red to brownish to pink.

I took a pregnancy test yesterday at about 8pm and it was negative.
