I Had Two Small Pieces Of Plastic From A Bag

I had two small pieces of plastic from a bag of ice in my drink I swollwed one and got the other one out of my mouth before I swollwed it too, but it feels like the one I did swallow is stuck in my throat. I threw up and ate bread but I still feel it. It is driving me crazy
