I Had Ulcerative Colitis And Had All Of My Colon

I had ulcerative colitis and had all of my colon removed and they created a pouch inside of me and attached my small intestine to my rectum. my question is I have diarrhea constantly to the point now when I just walk out my door to the car I leak diarrhea, I am on lomotil and a over the counter anti-diarrhea pill, is there anything I can do or take ?
