I Had Ulnar Nerve Surgery A Month Ago, Because Of

I had ulnar nerve surgery a month ago, because of numbness in my pinkie and ring finger. Now I can't move either of those fingers side to side. Which I could before. Will that eventually correct itself with healing. By the way they did carpal tunnel at the same time on my wrist.
