I Had Ultrasound Today In The Remarks Is Normal Sizes

I had ultrasound today in the remarks is normal sizes retroverted uterus with intact endometrium polycystic right ovaries..can you please help me about this what is meaning all off this because at time it's very late and my doctor appointments is tomorrow afternoon and I'm so worried can you verify what is all about..many thanks
