I Had Umbilical Hernia Surgery On 4/29/16 And Two Weeks

I had umbilical hernia surgery on 4/29/16 and two weeks later I had this uncomfortable feeling in my upper (top) portion of my belly (just below the rib cage area). Was told to go get a CT scan and my doctor who performed the first hernia surgery said there was another hernia present. So on 6/6/16 I had a second hernia surgery. I was released to full time no restrictions activities on 7/20/16 on 8/4/16 I started feeling like I had a odd feeling on my left side and the largest incision point from my previous surgery I had a lump there. I called the doctors office and was told to come in. The doctor examined me and said it wasn't a hernia. On my job I have been lifting some really heavy boxes for about 8 straight working days and there is an area I'd say about 2-21/2 inches wide and 4-5 inches long in the upper region of my belly is basically hard and it feels uncomfortable..it bothers me when I lift the boxes and when I go to the bathroom to do #2. Im no doctor but my opinion is I think it's another hernia. I've read up on hernia post op procedures and saw some say no heavy lifting for up to 2-3 months after surgery to avoid reaccurence . So why was I allowed to go to no restrictions at 6 wks by my doctor? Do you think I have another hernia? Is my dr. being negligent in releasing me to early?
