I Had Unprotected Sex A Couple Weeks Ago. My Period

I had unprotected sex a couple weeks ago. My period was supposed to start today but has not come yet. I am having cramps and my breasts are swollen and hurting. I am taking metronidazole for a vaginal yeast infection. Could the medication be causing the delay in my period or I am possibly pregnant?
