I Had Unprotected Sex A Day After My Period Which

I had unprotected sex a day after my period which was last july 7. I was on my fourth day of pills but i missed two pills. I followed the directions and i drank 2 pills and a day. I finished my pills last saturday and still have no menstruation today. Just light spotting of dark blood. What could be the problem?
