I Had Unprotected Sex A Day Before My Safe Period

I had unprotected sex a day before my safe period starts, plus my cycle isn't always consistent, I don't know if I should take the plan B drugs and the postinor tablets I got the pharmacist told me I should keep 2 hours betwwen each dose, I normally take them together(0.75mg each tab).
I'm not sure if to take drugs n take them intermittently?
