I Had Unprotected Sex About 2 Months Ago And Immediately

I had unprotected sex about 2 months ago and immediately after I felt a raw irritated feeling on my labia (above clitoral hood) and what felt like a frontal wedgie. I did not have any pain or burning while peeing, and after daily self exam- no bumps or warts. Chlamydia and gonhorrea tests came back negative. It to this day some days is very raw feeling and just that something isn't right. I've been putting virgin cold pressed coconut oil down there which has taken away all the irritation but is sometimes still feels like something is wrong. Before unprotected sex I could use any body wash or soap, baby wipes and absolutely nothing irritated me. Now I can barely wipe with toilet paper and have been cleaning down there just with Epsom salt and baking soda bath soaks. I'm convinced this is sex related and am desperate for help. Any recommendations of tests I should have? What it could be? Possibly active HPV? Please help
