I Had Unprotected Sex About A Month And A Half

I had unprotected sex about a month and a half ago, shortly after i developed what seemed to be small red dots scattered around the head of my penis. I have used vinegar to wash off any left over bacteria. A few days later if was gone. About a month later i had unprotected sex with a different person. I got the same results. The red spot/dots are gone once again.

I have in the last few days been slightly tender with more production of smegma being visible. I was taking a look at my penis just now. And while examining it. I seemed to have found a darker brown spot. Near where a cluster of red spots were. Please respond. Unsure of what to do. Or what it is (obvious go to the hospital is the ideal choice.) Just wanted to get a word from someone first.
