I Had Unprotected Sex And Used The Pull Out Method.

I had unprotected sex and used the pull out method. My period was due on the 8th and it is now the 12th and I'm strarting to freak out. My cycles are 28-32 days. Today would be day 34. I have a vaginal yeast infection but its going away (I've used an external cream and have been taking vitamins) and I think thrush is starting to develop in my mouth. Can I use salt water to get rid of it? Is the infection the cause of my late period?!
