I Had Unprotected Sex Few Days Back In Evening. I

I had unprotected sex few days back in evening. I couldn't wash my penis properly before leaving. Cleaned myself once i returned back at night. From few days, I've started experiencing itch in the foreskin. I do clean my penis during shower. Today i felt a bad smell when i pulled the foreskin along with little moist material beneath the penis head. I have Betnovate and Clotrimazole+beclomethasone dipropionate creams at home. What could be my problem and what do you suggest as a solution?
