I Had Unprotected Sex In Mid-June, A Few Negative Urine

I had unprotected sex in mid-June, a few negative urine results for pregnancy until mid July, but continue having what seems to be pregnancy symptoms. Currently, my nipples are swollen and breasts sore (though not as much as June & July). Additionally, have been experiencing twinges (?) in vaginal area and what feels like a lot of stretching in upper vaginal and above it area. When feel nausea, eating something small makes it go away. And my lower back hurts a good deal lately.

But have a history of fibroids and ovarian cysts, have no insurance, and am awaiting a public clinic appointment.

Could I be pregnant or maybe it is just another fibroid and cyst, along with pre menopause?
